Kathrine Forsyth

About Me

East Coast native living on the West Coast. I am an avid mountain climber and enjoy volunteer work. I volunteer as a salmon docent for school field trips, trail builder, crosscut sawyer for the Forest Service and I participate in trailhead outreach for the local avalanche center. Helping people is something I am passionate about. I began down the rabbit hole of understanding consciousness after hearing about the concept of neuroplasticity. I am always in the pursuit of better understanding what we are capable of. Our possibilities are equal to our beliefs. Our beliefs stem from the thoughts we tell ourselves and allow ourselves to think. By becoming aware of the paths our thoughts follow, we gain understanding of ourselves and the ability to change our patterns by being able to discern which paths no longer serve us and choosing ones that lead to new possibilities. Choose wisely.
